Qualification, H&S test and card request
We provide the qualification and required health and safety test, then submit your card request to GQA after the required passes and checks.

You can resit the GQA health and safety test.
If you do not pass the GQA health and safety test, you can book a resit with us. There is no charge for a resit. NVQ knowledge or written tests have a separate resit policy.
Card request after qualification
We submit your card request after GQA confirms your qualification and we have your valid test pass, payment and required details.
Level 1 in your language
English audio with subtitles and key terms in eleven languages helps you prepare. Official qualification assessments and the H&S test are in English.
